What does the guarantee cover?

The satisfaction guarantee allows you to request a refund within 30 calendar days of delivery if the product does not meet your expectations, provided the request is made in good faith and meets the conditions described on this page.

How to request it

  1. Write to ayuda@sevichmx.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your name, order number, and a brief explanation.
  3. Attach photographs if there is damage, defect, or difference from the product received.
  4. Follow our team's instructions before returning any items.

Conditions

  • The guarantee applies only to purchases made directly at sevichmx.com
  • The request must correspond to the original purchaser and the indicated order number.
  • It does not cover damage resulting from incorrect use, improper handling, or inadequate storage.
  • Fraudulent, duplicate, or out-of-time requests will not be accepted.

Refund

When the request is approved, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method, when possible. Crediting times depend on the bank or payment provider.

Damaged or incorrect products

If you received a defective, damaged, or different product than requested, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for priority attention.
