Check the progress of your shipment with the tracking number received via email or WhatsApp.

Before you start:

Have your order number and tracking code ready. It may take 24 to 72 hours for the code to show movement after shipment confirmation.

Where can I find my tracking number?

We will send it to the email address or WhatsApp number registered during the purchase once the order has been dispatched.

My tracking is not updating

It is normal for there to be periods without visible movement while the package changes logistics centers. If there are no updates for more than 7 consecutive days, contact us so we can review the case.

The system indicates “delivered,” but I didn't receive the package

  1. Check with family members, reception, security, or neighbors.
  2. Confirm that the order address is correct.
  3. Wait up to 24 hours, as some carriers update the status before completing delivery.
  4. If it still hasn't appeared, write to us with your order number.
